I found this while looking through the Hunters ROM (don't ask for it):

Quote:
PowerBomb_Anim.bin.PowerBomb_Model.bin

Makes me wonder what else Nintendo scrapped.[/quote]

*requests ROM*
*Is just kidding!*

You can see that many ideas were scrapped, in online play, you see a giant statue on one of the alinos levels, you see one of the giant stompy things. (I'm terrible with remembering these made-up names...) also, Harvester looks as if it would have been an area in the game...

By all means keep digging through that ROM.

*Google searches*

Tic, all images in your sig must add up to 450x125 and 50KB. Please remove that second one or I'll do it later.

As for the topic at hand...Sweet! That's freaking awesome. I wonder how much was scrapped as said...I mean, what other items lay out there? Maybe even enemies, bosses...

Meh, though. I wouldn't expect bosses. That's a huge thing to drop.

For some reason, the ROM keeps referring to Slench as "big eye". >_>

Well, I guess that is what it is, a rather big eye. Laughing
But anyway, droping the power bomb? Wonder why Nintendo did that? Confused

The Electro Lob may still be in the game:

Quote:
electroCharge_PS.bin.electroChargeNA_PS.bin.electroHit_PS.bin.electroProjectile_PS.bin!electroProjectileUncharged_PS.bin

Mabye that was the "volt driver + battlehammer fusion," BKA the "Acid Gun" that was made into a topic somewhere around here. "Electro Lob?" Could just be the Volt Driver, even though my first answer is proabably better. Laughing

Perhaps Nintendo was planning on making missile charge with weapons and then just got lazy...

Crying or Very sad
C'mon Nintendo! We put our faith in you and you ultimatly failed us!

Nintendo just published it, or something like that. They didn't work on it, so don't blame them. Now if a Mario Game sucks, blame Nintendo. Wink

*coughMarioPinballLandcough*

Why wouldn't they include Powerbimbs? They would have been a great addition to the game, as well as charge combos.

I just got chills thinking about a missile combo for the Imperialist. >_>

Found some new stuff.

The level from e3 (anyone here see MPH at e3? Did it have a special level?):

Quote:
e3leve.l-..1...0gor.eab2.p5@ct0f1_dm16p.9

Quote:
e3Level.arc

Quote:
e3Level_Ent.bin

Quote:
e3Level_CTF_Node.bin.e3Level_Node.bin

Quote:
e3level_tex.bin

Quote:
e3level_Model.bin

The rest is junk that makes no sense. Also, the modes from First Hunt, next to something labeled "testlevel":

Quote:
regulator_Ent.bin.survivor_Ent.bin.testlevel_Ent.bin.testLevelAbe1_Ent.bin

Quote:
regulator_Node.bin.survivor_Node.bin.testLevel_Node.bin.testLevelAbe1_Node.bin

Also, I think the Electro Lob is actually Volt Driver, considering I think I found Judicator and the ROM calls it "crystal".
